Through the Executive Director, the Washington Counties Risk Pool staff carries out the directives of the Pool's 26-member Board of Directors and 11-member Executive Committee. Whether it is through its Administrative & Finance Department, Claims Department, and Member Services Department, the WCRP's dynamic, motivated, and professional team serves its 26 member counties and their employees through the efficient administration of the Pool's affairs.

For full and certain part-time employees, the WCRP offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid sick and vacation leave, participation in the Washington PERS retirement plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.

Open Positions

Administrative & Accounting Specialist: Acts as the WCRP's front office in-person, telephonic, and electronic contact for vendors, visitors, and informational inquiries. Schedules meetings; prepares and distributes agendas, supporting materials, minutes and other reports. Responsible for general office supplies, inventory tracking, ordering, and monitoring. Assists finance department with various finance, accounting, and recordkeeping processes, including payroll, payables, receivables, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
